Another type of war gaming would be futuristic war. In these games you are playing as a soldier in a war of the future. In these the story is usually that your planet has been destroyed and you have to defend it from the humans who are destroying it. They enjoy them because they are almost unrealistic. Here the player is battling aliens or zombies. Each character that you are trying to destroy has their own power or quark that makes them more difficult to kill. This is only that much more fun for you as you get more of a challenge.

Get up and out

It is important to make sure that you do a few things while you are gaming. If you tend to stay gaming for hours on end it is recommended to get up and walk around, eat a snack or go outside for at least 15 minutes every half hour that you play. You are also to have your computer in a room of the house that is well lit and has plenty of fresh air. Not having enough light is bad for your eyes and can give you migraines. Fresh air is good for your body. And you want to get up to give your body and hands a break from the stress on your body.
